How do you do it?
People often ask me how I do it….. You know, how I manage to keep fit and work full time, look after my two children, pick them up from school every day, walk the dog three times a day and yes generally fit in a workout too…. On paper it sounds like I juggle a lot, but seriously I’m no different to you….. You do a lot too and you still manage to get through the day and keep up with whatever demands are placed upon you. You would find time if something extra got added onto you

Do you need a challenge to get you fit?
I recently ran the Reading Half Marathon. This is as a challenge I set myself last year, I am sure that it has something to do with my impending 40th birthday! I realised that I have never really pushed myself to achieve anything physically. When I was younger fitness was about feeling good and looking my best. Working out with a buddy either your partner or a friend can have amazing benefits. Even if you work out well on your own,

So January has passed along already and so has my need to work off the excesses of Christmas and seriously is it me or does keeping fit seem a lot harder in the winter than in the summer? I have signed up for my first half marathon and it occurred to me what a crazy time of year it is to train for an event like this! My first training session was in the pouring rain and freezing winds and I have had to buy all sorts of running kit to ensure I stay warm and comfortable whilst

New Years Resolutions - one healthy bite at a time!
Baby Steps At Fit In Minutes we help you to make dramatic changes to what you eat and how you exercise, we firmly believe that to make these dramatic changes you must take small steps, one at a time. If you set yourself a goal think about how you will go about achieving that goal. Let’s say the goal is to eat an orange, would you put the whole orange into your mouth to eat it or would you peel it and eat it piece by piece? Of course it is the latter. Apply this process to ach
