Consistent You - Face to Face Weekly Coaching
Do you want to be more consistent in your health and fitness efforts?
Do you set good intentions and then never seem to stick to the plan?
Consistent effort = consistent results.
Places are available for my new 12 week programme starting in January.
Sessions are 45 minutes per week and take place in your home or workplace and include a printed manual and full support between sessions.
Please note that sessions are available from Monday - Friday between 10am and 2pm. (Evening sessions and Saturdays are limited and only available on request).
