Suzanne found this out when she began to make small changes to her eating habits. Taking one step at a time lead her to the place she wanted to be.
“My first chosen diet change, on the very first week with Kirsty, was to stop eating the crusts off the children's sandwiches. In 3 weeks I have already managed to collect a whole carrier bag full (I now cut them off and put them in a bag in the freezer). The photo doesn't really do justice to the amount that's there. But the fact is, all of this white bread would normally have been consumed by me during that 3 weeks. Kirsty I am so grateful to the small changes you encourage me to make. It is going to be a long journey for me, but at least I am now on the right path.”
