This week I want to give you something useful, something you will get a lot out of.
I want to get you involved in a little project I think you are going to LOVE!
Don’t worry it is completely free!
And you may already be doing it!
I want you to get involved in my Facebook group, I often talk about it and big it up a little and so I have to be honest, lately the group has lost its mojo! It’s got a little stale and I have neglected it!
If you are already a member, thank you for being a part of it so far.
Weather you have joined yet or not you can help me rejuvenate it.
All you have to do is get involved.
My project is to to give you somewhere you can be accountable for your exercise actions, somewhere you have access to me whenever you want to ask a fitness or health related question.
If I promise to regularly post tips that will help you to stay motivated and on track to reach your fitness goals.
Will you join me and promise that in return you will get involved and participate in some discussions?
Will you use the group to declare your exercise intentions and check in with us when you are done?
By doing so you could motivate someone else or maybe you could share a tip that has helped you, or a recipe you love…
Plus if you join now you can get access to my December challenge – and I haven’t decided exactly what it is yet so you can even influence me, maybe something you have wanted to do for a while but you need some cheerleaders to get you though it?
I’m asking the group what they want from me and how I can help, so if you want to have your say, join us and I promise I will do my best to give you some regular motivation and as much knowledge as I can share in one small Facebook group!
