What could you do in seven days?
It doesn’t sound a lot does it?
I am all about the short sharp sprints.
Big goals are great and we need them for clarity.
But focussing on something that is months or even years away can be a little demotivating.
So I work in short sharp sprints.
Sometimes seven days, sometimes a month, sometimes 90 days.
I even have one thing I do each day to reach the overall goal.
It helps, really it does.
Because we can all achieve something small, something manageable in one day.
And as each of those days adds up we find we have reached the point in the future where we wanted to be.
How about you?
Are you working towards a bigger goal and wondering how you are going to get there?
Do you hear yourself saying that you want to feel fitter and healthier?
Have you even considered what you need to do to get there?
Or do you know how you want to achieve it but you just haven’t actually made any plans yet?
Decide on the goal and then pick just one thing to do every day to reach it.
And if you want a little help in reaching the health and fitness goal, have a little look at my Seven Day Programme.
An email a day packed with information, tasks and motivation to get you started on your fitness journey.
Because if you did one thing every day for seven days, you would feel pretty amazing right?
The seven day programme includes:
Goal setting and barrier bulldozing
A guide to what to eat and when
A food planner to help you eat the foods you love and know what to shop for
3 workouts that you can do at home with no equipment and a plan of how to fit them in.
It’s just £9.99 and my full support is included so you can ask me anything you like to help you get the most out of it.
I will look out for you there.
For me my one thing today is a strength workout, who knows what else I can achieve after that!
