Monday Motivation - and an offer not to be missed


It’s that time of the week again.

That time when I remind you of the power of accountability.

But accountability only works if you have something else.

And it is something that I have been reminded of this weekend as I attended an event with WIFE, an organisation I am really proud to be a part of.

WIFE (Women In Fitness Empowerment) is a team of amazing, inspiring and frankly awesome women whose aim is simply to give women a voice in the fitness industry. Which believe me can sometimes feel very male dominated.

What has this got to do with Motivation Monday? Well it basically reminded me that it’s not just important to be accountable to someone for your actions to keep you on track.

It is even more important to feel supported by likeminded women who will pick you up when you need a little nudge.

This weekend’s event was all about business and achieving our potential. And I left feeling very inspired and supported.

And I am ready to finally launch a programme I have been working on for a long time.

At the very heart of the programme is accountability and support.

The programme is a nutrition coaching programme and is completely new.

It gives you an exclusive opportunity to work with likeminded women who like you want to change the way they eat and stick to it.

If you want to know what to eat and you want support and accountability this programme could be just what you need.

And the best news is that I need your help to get it started.

I already have a couple of people ready to help me trial the material for the programme but I need more.

I am opening up just 5 spaces FREE of charge to help me fine tune the programme and provide testimonials for the online programme.

I know it works on a one to one with my clients. Now it’s time to prove it works online too.

I can’t tell you how excited I am.
