Have you ever noticed that when you look at fitness options, a local class, a local personal trainer, an online programme or anything in between there is always a picture of a ripped young model or even the trainer themselves looking lean and glowing? Surely there is more to this than aesthetics? Is that what you believe to mean you are fit? Most of the women I meet are realistic enough to realise that they CAN look and feel amazing without aspiring to look like a fitness mod

I have been thinking about marketing this week and how to put across what I do. I’ve been looking at how the fitness industry presents itself and how I fit into that. It is day 5 of our sugar challenge, have you got involved? The first few days can be hard, you are thinking about it all the time and it pretty much fills all your thoughts.
